I saw some good reports on the donahoe mini packs leveling kit. I purched one and went to install it . My front springs do not have a center bolt. There is no way to install it as far as I can see. It says its for a 2004 F 250. Any ideas or suggestions??? My truck is a crew cab, 6.0 and all stock.
All leaf springs must have a center aligning pin. Without it the springs would seperate. The center alignment bolt is the only thing that holds the springs together. This bolt also centers the spring on the spring perch.
This is the top of the spring...u bolts..The mini pack has a long bolt that doesn't look like it would fit...Any help appreciated..I am not a great mechanic
Thanks

The center pin is underneath that piece. The center pin goes through the leafs, and that piece your taking about has a little hole in the bottom of it, so that the center pin will go up into it about 1/2 inch. Once you take the U-Bolts off, and lift that piece up, it will all make sense.
