Quiet in Here

Hey, Guys it's awfully quiet in here. I just got back from taking a 70 F100 up to NY. We had a couple of snow and ice storms up there. Took about $250 in gas to come down. And $3.00 in quarters to wash the salt off. A few years ago it was around $200 round trip. Oh well, spring is coming...

Yep

It's scary quiet.

Maybe they've all gone and bought Chebbies...

Your trip experience kinda throws water on my enthusiasm to bid for a '56 cab (on fleabay) that's in northern Indiana. Gas to go fetch it would more than double the price. Oh, well.

Nah, we just like listening for the crickets while we work hard on getting the trucks ready for summer..

Actually, it's quiet in here because everyone is working 2 jobs so we can afford to buy the gas to go get parts to FIX our old trucks. And kjett, who's got time to listen for crickets? Seems to me you're doing more listening than working!

I must not be a redneck. I don't own enough of these great old Ford trucks to do any landscapping in my front yard. Besides, the wife wouldn't let me!!!

25 is the Mountainview 1st date, I can't make that race as I will be at the Pentagon for Rolling Thunder. I volunteer there every year since I got out of the Military, helping fix the broken bike of the vets and supporters. My way of supporting the cause!

OK. Just keep me posted on when you're ready for the first run of the Ranger. And, have fun on the 25th.
