I'd like to get a bumper for my incoming dually. I want for it to be slightly wider than the rear fenders to help prevent those frequently seen mangled rear fenders.

I've seen this one from Ranch Hand http://www.ranchhand.com/index.htm , and I like their stuff a lot, however I think it covers up the stock hitch receiver.



Any other suggestions?

 

Road Armor makes a good bumper, I had thought about using them for my dually, but just a little on the pricey side for me, but I still might to it eventually when funds become available to handle such a purchase.

 

The Ranch Hand won't block the factory receiver if you get an 8-inch drop rather than a 10. My SRW has a Ranch Hand on the rear, but I still use the factory hitch. I would assume you can do the same with a duallie.

 

I have ordered front and rear from "Reunel". Rear bumper replaces stock bumper and trailer hitch. Comes with a receiver rated at 20000 lbs with a 6000 lb tongue rating. They may be willing to build something for you.

Those Road Armor bumpers may frighten the wife and kids, lol. Dang they are impressive. Didn't know that about the Ranch Hand bumper, I like theirs because the way it covers the rear fenders, thankd for the tip. I'm off to check out the Reunel now. They are made not too far from here.
