She is a court Clerk that was appointed temporary Madjuststraite 5 years ago. Don't think she's even past the Bar. She heard the other sides testimony. And as she has had problems with our side before she made use wait till the last moment and canceled. Our attorney is POed and is going to see about having it moved to a real Court with an imparcial Judge. In the meantime my friend sets in jail on lie's.

 

I feel your pain brother, been there and done that for 2 years in southern California. They say 8:00 AM but nothing is actually scheduled for a start time so there you sit waiting for them to grace you with an appearance. Then if someone from the other side doesn't show up you are cancelled and not notified, if you don't show they pass judgement against you with no recourse. What ever happened to CIVIL SERVICE. We pay for it and we deserve it with no bias

 

It's a lovely day in the neighborhood. It's overcast right now here in MD. Hopefully the Itallians are going to get with us. I hate waiting for engineering to get around to answering us, especially the Italians. 2 days for an Emergency. Right or wrong we're going to only give them a couple more hours then we have to do something.

Well it's about time ya got up. I've got the worlds worst cold and have been here since 2AM and it's 4AM now.

 

What are ya' doing with a bad cold, living there in the tropics?

 

Worked till midnight but it's finally done, with no help from the Italians. Got some paperwork to do and be done today. As long as no one blows anything up today, I'll be in Portland tomorrow afternoon and at the house in time for dinner.

 

Glad ta see ya getting home again Eric. Tropics? We get about 3 days of summer over the 4th of July in this rain forest.

 

Yea this place blows and the customer is a pain, Part is they don't want to fix their compressor that's spitting oil into the gas lines so that screws up the emisions. When you're only permited for 42 PPM NOX at 10 MW anything that messes with the flame in any way hurts. And this is straight off the engine with no CAT. As a refrence a 2004 car in California was able to pass emisions with up to 450 PPM. We have to tune to roughly 1/10. A lot of things can screw it up. But as the song goes "I'm Outta Here".

 

Well boys and girls I'll be in portland by 11:00 AM, then I'm off to the house and should be home by 3:00. I got the OH MY GOD 6:03 AM flight in from Baltimore. It was a crying shame as the only seat available again was first class, darn the bad luck.

 

Ya we know first Class. We call it First ta die on Alaska air. HAAA You will find me in the Can in the tail at the first sign of trouble. Ya I'll be pooping while praying. LOL

I wonder if they would serve ya up a half dozen of them little bottles of bourbon while ya was in the Can pooping and Praying. Be hard ta Pray while chugging em though. I hope ya don't have to Pray out loud for the Lord ta here ya. Besides Tom the more of us in the Can the more cushion we got when she hits. So ya Ill be behind ya for sure. HAAAAA
