"Bronco vs. F-250" pitman arm ?

got a question for ya. I read once that a bronco pitman arm solved the steering problems of a F-100 so I guess they must be the same front end or very close. My question is, is the pitman arm on a bronco longer in length then the one on my F-250? I need to find one that would be longer so it will extend the adjustable draglink out futher so I can get a tighter turning radius. What I did was changed over to tierods and adjustable draglink of a F-150 and to make it work I'll have to space out my steering box or get a longer pitman arm. Are there pitman arms that come in different lengths? Mine drops down 4inches I saw pitman arms the drop 8 inches, that would probable be longer in length would ya think?
Any help would be appriecated. Thanks
