I like your engineering, great job. I have been kicking your power window idea around, as well as power door locks. Got the parts salvaged. Do you mind sharing zackly what you did with the window regulator?

You can create a gallery for your photos here if you like.

The power window motors came out of a 02-04 Saturn 4 door(front doors). These come with the motor and regulator as a unit. You can get them cheap if you can find them with the regulator damaged(maybe free) as they are no good for replacement in a car. The gears mesh up perfect with the Ford regulator.
I took the window crank out and bolted the motors in place. The pilot on the motors works in the bushing that is under the crank. You need to weld a tab on the top of your mounts to put the top bolt in. You also need to notch out the front part of the stock mount to allow the motor to slide in. The motor needs to be tilted forward to clear the window tracks.
When you get yours out it and look at it, it should all make sense. If you need more pics let me know and I will take more and send them to you.

Kevin, Thanks it'll probably be a while longer before I get around to it, but I'll note the info.
