That's what I have, and am pleased with them. I can't give a comparison in the 2005 lights, because I only ran the stock bulbs once. But, in my old lights it was a huge difference. I will say that the light output of the Silverstars is very clean and bright.

Well, i had been fighting my lights long enough, and the only thing that made them acceptable was to get the silverstar bulbs and the upgraded wiring harness from summit racing. Now the light is very bright and even.

The only thing that still bothers me, is that to get them adjusted just right, the headlights are protruding way over the corner marker. Its not important, but it really bugs me.

The other thing, is that for some reason Ford made the 99-03 lights with 2 adjusters and one peg. They are always loose. The one piece style stay nice and tight.

I think as soon as taxes are taken care of, I should start putting money aside to get the 05 headlights to match my 05 grille...

John, yep. I figured to get them on flebay for $250 and order the harness for $69. I already have a set of 9008 Silverstars so $350 will more than cover the upgrade.

I should be able to sell my old lights, the harness, and 2 pairs of silverstars then to recoup a little of the money.

Will do. I may attempt also to make it mount without zipties somehow.

Admittedly, I haven't checked the hardware store yet for a tool that would work, but I figured I'd check here first before going on a wild chase for something.
I use a 4.5mm socket to adjust them up and down.

You do realize that no one has posted in this thread for 5-1/2 years - until now?

Here is dfuser's web link with their contact information... http://www.dfuser.com/contact/

From the looks of their website, it appears they do ship to Canada, but you should speak with them to verify.
