2005 expy keyless entry code location
i'm back , just traded in the 99 expy xlt for a 05 limited . this site is by far the most usefull i have found . i got my last code here(this one isnt in same place , i checked already), replaced my stolen mirrors with all the help and numerous other things thru the years, so thanks again . can anyone advise the location on th e2005 expy limited?i tried under steering column on box and by jack in the rear to no avail, all help is graciously appreciated .thanks

just found the answer
its right in the owners manual , of course the last place i checked, it states :your vehicle has a factory set 5 didgit code that operates the keyless entry system.the factory set code is located :1 -owners wallet card (never comes with used car) 2- at authorized dealer(dont feel like paying the $100) and 3 on the module located under the right hand side of the instrument panel, adjacent to the passenger compartment fuse panel, it has an illustration showing location also .i havent tried yet but will advise , this info is from page 145 of the 2006 ford expy owners manual, same message is in 2005 manual also , good luck with hunting for it

it was right there, a few thick wires in the way but directly where they said in bold numbers, there is another post i just saw with pictures that were very helpful too, thanks again to the most helpful website on the net
$80 to get it for you from the computer
