A little advice please....
I have a 2003 F-350 w/6.0 PSD. How can I best prevent hte injector failure and EGR problems people are having.... I change my oil religiously at 2700-3000 and my fuel filters at 15k.

Well, be sure to run good fuel from a place that sells a lot of it. I like to use an additive (Diesel Kleen and Stanadyne are both popular on here.) If you have to do a lot of extended idling, you'll want to do the high idle modification in the tech folder of the 6.0 forum down below.
