That's an easy one! Knock out the pivot pin to remove the column shift arm, disconnect the linkage at the bottom of the column to the tranny. Follow the directions for mounting whatever shifter kit you decide to use (I think only Hurst still makes a 3 speed shifter) cut a hole in the floor in the proper place for the shifter, Drop the boot over the handle and screw to the floor, screw on the **** and go drive.
