89 EB bucking bad!!!!!
Hi all. I am looking for some help. I have an 89 EB Bronco that
is running real bad. When I get between 30-40 mph, the truck starts
bucking, slamming and stuttering real bad. Then it will happen again
around 50 mph. At first, it would just bang into 2nd or 3rd, but now it's going crazy. Any suggestions would be incredibly helpful.

Are you sure it is not your electronic shift module for your transmission that is acting up? When you said that your truck would SLAM into gear that is exactly what the symptoms are for a failing shift module. I am not sure how to test this module before replacement. Someone else want to jump in here that knows how to test the module. Let us know what you find.
