Biodiesel will help clean out any gunk in your system, just beware that some of that gunk may be helping you to avoid some leaks! I think it was KWIK that mentioned his 450's tank was all shiny inside because of him using the bio. (450's apparently get steel tanks, not the plastic ones put in 350s & 250s) If you do wipe it out I'd do these things:
1) don't use any extra solvents - use the leftover diesel as a cleaning agent - odd chemicals in your fuel system my do odd things (that could get expensive...)
2) use towels that are as lint free as possible - it'll help your filters last longer (and be less frustrating when you try to wipe away the fuzz... )

I used a hot knife to cut the vents so there was no debris in the tank. I dumped out the diesel and reused it when I was done. Because I did introduce dust into the tank from my hands and all that, I cleaned it out with gasoline. A little gas and a good swishing around and dump it. Pour diesel in.

went and took a look at the lines again before i go to pep boys and buy the ac fuel line tool i have a question i have hard lines going to the front should i just cut the off since i'm also doing the hutch mod will i be safe just cutting them off with a tube cutter of coursenot a grrinder
