We have a 93 7.3l with adjustable throttle pedel. When fuel guage is below 1/4
tank veh will surge rpm up and down not as pernounced at high speeds. Pedal assembly has been replaced. Any ideas?

Is your truck a 93? From other post here on the forum, it maybe sucking air.. You need to do the tank mod.. and eliminate the mixing valve on the pickup tube in the tank..
There is a mixing chamber inside the fuel tank that will let you suck air into your fuel lines when it gets 1/4 tank or below. Temporary fix is to keep 1/2 tank or more or you can fix it altogether by dropping the tank and eliminating the problem. Here is how its done. http://guzzle.rbmicro.com/hutch.html
