Where is the RABS Test Connector on a 1987 BII?

On a 1987 Bronco II (what I had and according to the Popular Mechanics CD I just double checked) the test connector is attached to the connector on the module and hangs down loose. On the BII, it is an access panel behind the driver's seat you just lift up and the test connector is there. According to my diagram it should be either 571 w/lb or a two wire conenctor 523 r/pk 519 lg/bk. I think it is just a single wire connector you ground and then count the flashes.
Hope this helps.

I keep grounding the or/bk connector and breaking the connection and its not flashing any codes with the key in the run position. When ever i turn the key on i can hear the fuel pump kick on and then i can hear something click sounds like its coming from the rear of the vehicle that the rabs light comes on. Any ideas?
