Transmission mounts
i've got an 83 ford f150 4x4 with 2 rubber tranny mounts that look like body mounts. can somebody tell me where i can get replacements, a part number, or if i could get cab mounts that would work in their place. the crossmember is two pieces, one mounting between the frame rails, then another shorter one that bolts directly to the tranny, and the two are jointed buy these two rubber mounts on either side. i've never had one like this and when i went to parts store with one of them guy looked at me like i was crazy. someone please help, these things were completely shot and i need to get my truck put back together.
