Cab to Frame bushings source

Anybody know a source for cab to frame bushings? I need a set for a 64 f100 4x4. 2wd bushings do not fit, at least in the front, because they are square and surround the cab mount bracket.

I checked the usual vendors to no avail.

Parts book sez for 1964 F100 4X4..

Front Cab Mount - improvise from tire carcass.

Rear Cab Mount

C1TB-8102228-A .. Cushion...1961/64 F100/250 4WD; also fits all 1961/64 F350/F750; 1965/66 F100/250 all with 120" wheelbase; all 1965/66 F350/600.

All means both 2 and 4WD. Book says the C1TB numbered cushion may need "trimming."

Try hockey pucks as another source of your body mounts. Those things do not rot or deteriorate like normal mount rubber does. One thing to be aware of is that they do not flex as much as a stock mount. I've had to shave them down in some cases to fit.
