is that like the judge ordering you to pay $5,000 a month alimony plus child support?

businesses ran by judicial decree do not work

even if Navistar is forced back into suppling engines, they will cut costs by any means necessary

Ford and Navistar's marriage is over, time to move on

You would have to ask yourself would I want one of those engines. Hopefully Navistar will respond professionally and all engines will be manufactured and shipped with the same quality as the millions previously made.

In my opinion these statements of worry about cost cutting are not realistic with large companys. In fact the opposite is the case. If Navistar is being sued already over qualituy issues, the last thing they want to do is give Ford more ammunition by taking any formal or informal action on 6.4's. This day in age everything leaks out and can be confirmed. Navistar has no long term or short term interest or gain to be made by sabbatoging the 6.4 in any way.

Now small businesses? They are the worst and think they are above the law and courts.

I feel that it is in the best interest of both companies to resolve this amicably and move forward. Navistar will provide solid engines for Ford as they are a very reputable company.
