Haha, good call on the caranial rectites. Good luck getting them to actually understand how it all works. I have a college education and I'll be the first to tell you that that piece of paper doesn't mean you know JS. Did you do your logging on Prince of Whales? Me and my dad have been wanting to go up there again. He hasn't been back for a while. I think he really misses living up there.

Oh, nice unibody too. A friend of the family has one that looks almost identical. Beautiful trucks.

Ya most all on POW. Some in camps on smaller Islands. Mostly truckin. Build the road than jump in a logger and haul the wood out. Come on up. The 4th of July you can get all the Silvers ya could ever want from the beach in front of my place. 12 a day in a few hours. If ya can Fish. Got a 23 footer with a fridge for the frosties and I know where the Halibut live. There is cabins available, RV or Tent on my place is cool. PM me anybody. If I ain't in Shelton working on my classics I'll take ya out or set ya up with a skiff.

Hey, sounds great. Me and my pops and a couple ov my buddies have all tried to find a time to get up there to do some fishing. Especially for the halibut. My dad has one of his old logging buddies, actually he calls him his mentor, that lives in Coffman Cove still. Been a while since he's talked to him but we heard his house burned up a while ago. Not sure how bad it burned but that was going to be one of the options for lodging.

Our Chapter has been recognized as possibly being addictive.

Don't take this lightly!...You must take the following steps!!
  • Post frequently
  • Create exciting threads
  • Have your friends join the chapter
If none of this works, you have to buy a new Ford Truck or get a Ford project started...Sorry, but that is the way it works.

I'm a local, born in Bremerton. Grew up in Port Orchard, joined the Navy and left the country for 3 years. (I'll post in the Military section later w/more time.) Came home to Bremerton for 2 years. Got the Free And Clear letter, now here in Auburn. There is too much to see and do in this state to leave.

No kidding, small world. You lived in Lake Quinault? I'm related to all the Wilson's from Lake Quinault. The Wilson's homesteaded there way back in the day. When were you there?

No, but my dad might. Do you remember Russell Hickam? He did the shake rat thing for a while in the area. He was my dad's uncle.

That's probably him, he had a place up in Clearwater. If he was chewing Beechnut then I'd almost guarantee that's him.
