decoding again

I've seen and used the decoder here and that works great but,
I can't find a door plate decoder that includes the 66 models.
Most is easy enough but, I can't figure out some of the numbers.
For example:
Color H
Body 481
Trans C
Axle 08
What is DSO? Dealer Supplied Option?
Anyway, it's 21
Thanks

If there is a worst axle to have I'm sure I have it. That's just the way my luck goes.
Still trying to get the EFI engine hooked up. I got the trans crossmember welded up and installed last weekend.
Maybe I can work on the drive shaft this weekend.
Any idea if the stock shaft will work. Not likely, but I thought I'd ask.
I have the shaft out of the Lincoln too. Some comparing seems to be in order.
I was thinking about using the Lincoln gas tank mounted under the bed somewhere. Thoughts on that?

I've got a A9P computer now. Still waiting on the 19lb injectors. Working on getting a MAF.

Hurry up and wait. I hate that.

So the truck was originally sold in Atlanta? Is that what that means?
I figured I couldn't get so lucky as to have a limited slip rear.
I just looked at your gallery. What power steering box did you use?

Thanks a bunch,
Jeff

The DSO doesn't mean it was sold in Atlanta, it identifies the District office that it was ordered through.

As for my power steering, I used a box off a '76 F-150. Bolts right up! -
But you have to use the '76 pitman arm, though.

Can any PS pump be used? ie the 88 Lincoln pump that I have?
I was just looking at the 66 Ranger pics. A guy I work with is building a Ranger clone.
He said they used Mustang seats on (perhaps) special risers and the console looks just like one they used in some Falcons. I have a pair of 66 Mustang seats and they do look just like those in the pics. I have no idea about the Falcon console though.

Thanks banjopicker,
I think this is the most I've posted on here at one time before.

Rangers used 65-66 Mustang Bucket seats and seat tracks. There is a special bracket that raised the seats. The center console is from a 64/65 Falcon.
