The fiberglass is compatable with biodiesel but sometimes the resins used to soak the glass fibers are not. You'll need to test it. There are several types of glass resins that are used and if you get the wrong one, the bio will dissolve your tank within a few days and spill everywhere.
2nd, All fuel holding tanks should be steel. Using a plastic tank of any type is sort of asking for problems.

Ethanol blended gasoline has been causing problems for owners of older boats with fiberglass tanks - the ethanol is said to attack the resin in the fiberglass tanks....goey resin is plugging up filters and fuel systems....and eventually leaking.
Yes...this is ethanol, not BD...but I would be very careful.
