its a rust inhibitor paint (cant recall what its called Ez-something) we did tonight and no he forgot to go to scotts place.

I noticed, I was waiting by the door! 
I'm around tomorrow night and I'm not working friday, so I'm around most of the day, have some errands to run though. Then I'll be around all weekend working on the house.

I don`t know how long it can sit before I have to scuff it before applying the top coat. I won`t be able to top coat it for a while.

Tremclad is fast, cheap but no where near as long lasting like Zero Rust, POR 15 or any of this type of coatings. A lot depends on prepartion but I haven`t found Tremclad to last even a year without some rust spots coming thru.
