Merely "add grease?" I'd want new bearings and races too. No grease HAD to have damaged them, either from wear or overheating, probably both.

Remind me not to drive behind any Dodge Rams.

I highly doubt that there was no grease in the bearings. I don't see non greased bearings going more than a few hundred miles max. They are just adding more grease.

For once, a proactive recall.
