i have a few times. have an 88 302 efi with 167K all orignal miles on the motor and the motor is mainly all stock except the K&N filter and my MSD blaster coil but thats it. AOD stock, stock 3.55 gears with stock exhaust. I run a 17.67 @75mph i can beat most rice burners sometimes unless they have a B16 then i'm toast.

My 1990's 5.0L has an aftermarket RV cam, and dual 2 1/4" exhaust on it. I've never ran it down the 1320, but I estimate horsepower to be 260bhp(roughly 185-190 rear wheel horsepower). It has 4.10:1 gears. I estimate 17s.I plan on actually getting it dynoed to see it's actual power output, soon. This coming Spring,I plan on adding a set of headers, and an open element air filter. With those added changes,I expect 16s.The true test will be when I actually take it,and run it through the 1320.This may not be Mustang 5.0L territory, mind you,but considering 4WOR ran a stock 1987 Bronco with the EFI5.0L/AOD/3.55:1 gears through the 1/4 in 19.3@71.4 mph,I'd say it was good. With all the changes, the speed through the traps ought to be closer to 80 mph.
