2000 Exp Rear Windshield Washer Fuid Line
Is this a difficult thing to replace. I have a leak in the line around the front on the passanger foot rest and front seat. Can the line be spliced or at least sealed off so that I can at least use the front washer line and maintain fuild in reservoir?

I had the same problem. There is a connector for the two pieces of pipe that run the windshield washer fluid to the back. It probably popped off one of the pipes. While it's not to hard to fix but there isn't much space to work where the pipe connector is. Pull off the passenger side kick panel (use a large faced screwdriver and just work the edges until it pops off) and you should see a bunch of electrical hookups; the pipe connector is further forward behind the electrical connections (what a brilliant place to put a connector for a fluid line :\ ). I used a spring clamp over the connector and while holding the clamp open, pushed the pipe back in. I did have to use a little bit of soap to get the pipe to slide back in. It's not too hard and definitely isn't worth taking your truck in to be fixed if you're capable of doing it yourself. Good Luck!

Remove the rgt door sill trim and kickpanel. the line is spliced with a rubber connection and will blow off if you try to use it when the nozzle is clogged or frozen. When the temp gets down we see it fairly regular if the fluid is more water than solvent that has antifreeze properties. I used to put straight concentrate in my jug but dealer I'm at now has bulk containers that mix it with water. Now I can't clear the frost like I used to. Too cheap to pay for chemicals, that is supposed to be one of our fringes.

I had the same issue with my 2000 EB Expedition. Thanks to the forum, I was able to resolve relatively quickly. I noticed there were not any images, so I took a few pictures. Trying to figure out how to add them.
