intake and header question
Hi all. My vehicle info is in my signature.
Right now I have the stock intake and exhaust manifold installed. I removed the offenhauser 4 barrel intake and headman headers that were on the engine when I got the bronco. They were removed so I could install all the original smog stuff to make it legal here in pa.
I would like to keep the stock intake manifold but I would like to reinstall the headers. Will the headers fit with the stock intake manifold? I'm thinking that the part of the intake that extends down to connect to the exhaust manifold might interfere with the header mounts. If it will fit, is there anything that I will have to plug on the intake where it now connects to the exhaust?
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
