Cool Dual tank changing fuel lines?

I think I have a kink in my fuel line from my rear tank. It will idle of it but if I push on the gas it stalls. Well regardless I want to replace my fuel line from the bank tank to a few feet in front of the filter on the rail. I already replaced the filter with no luck. I'm pretty sure the kink is around the filter but I want to replace more than need to just because the luck I have had so far. Can I just change it out to a rubber hose and put a universal fuel filter in? Where do I start or can I just by the whole line from somewhere? Any info would help.

If it is EFI .... no rubber, can't hold the pressure. I have a similar problem with my front tank .... new pump ... not sure what else to look at. Check everything first though, my next thing to check is the pump relay ... hoping I am not getting enough juice to my new front pump .... which runs about the same as the old front pump.

Note that the same fuel pump relay and inertia switch supplies power to the other pump.
Might check your dash switch.
