Ours was too. I remember going camping once when the kids were small. We had a trans-am. Had to put both kids on one side of the back seat to fit everything in. Trunk was full with a bungy cord holding everything in.
I remember days like that Chris. When my reenacting group would go to Ontario we would rent a 15 passenger E350 with the V10.we would have one roof rack to hold our flag and tent poles, a clam shell type roof rack for personal gear, we would take the rear most seat out for the tents and large equipment and all of the small stuff was shoved under seats and put in between people for the 6 hr drive north. not to mention we also had the muskets inside the van as well as two 50 cal. ammo boxes full of blank cartridges.
That it is Chris. When we would load the van like that it would take us the better part of a week to load it because it had to be loaded and unloaded in a specific order.
Anyone making plans for camping this year, I have started to get the camper ready to pull out on Memorial Day weekend, hopefully for Trails End. I am about two paychecks away from filling up my truck with gas....lol. Hopefully will have a great weekend for camping.
I'm getting ready to prep the camper for this season, the only trip we have been thinking about was going to maybe Cherrystone the week of the 4th of July
Well we ended up at Trail's End in Horntown, Va for the Memorial Day Weekend. We all had a great time, did a little fishing, we caught 2 sting rays they broke the line, 6 crabs, two flounder, no keepers, a one large sea turtle about 200 lbs, that broke the line. Great weather the whole weekend. Saw about 10 people I knew. Can't wait to go again.
