WITHOUT making any changes to the suspension...

How big of a tire can I fit on a 16" rim?

18" rim? I've heard 28560R18

20" rim? I've heard 27555R20 & 28550R20

Please reply with comments on rim/tire options, the effect on gas mileage, changes in the ride of the vehicle, loss of power, etc.
