If you buy from a dealer, have him supply you with a Carfax and an Oasis report.
Carfax gives a history as far as inspections, title changes, liens, etc.
Oasis will tell you its service record from Ford dealers.
NADA.com is a site where you can find the retail and trade-in value
of any vehicle. KBB.com is also another good site for this info.

Look at ones that actually sold on eBay. Usually it is about wholesale.
