Im about 99% sure my truck has a cracked y-pipe. Smell in cab yadda yadda. This is covered by the 100k warranty correct? Also I have no cat or the provisions to put mine back on easily, would the dealership void the warranty for that? I was thinking of calling a few dealers and ask before I just go to one and my truck gets hammered and the warranty voided. Also would the cracked y-pipe make the truck run any different? Thanks in advance!

 

You bet the y-pipe is covered.Mine was replaced no questions asked with a Banks Turbo back.Of course my cat was there.Not to sure if they would deny the warranty or not.Depends on the tech doing the work I guess.

 

oh and by the way I never really noticed pwer loss just loud hissing from driver wheel well.Some say there will be significant power loss.
