I have a 1997 F-250 7.3 and I would like to know if someone can help with my problem. On my glow plug relay exterior wire harness were it connects to the valve cover, I have a couple of burned spots on the plug. I know I have to change the fuel charge wire and glow plugs under the V/C but, my question is do I have to change the whole exterior wire harness are is there a kit for the plugs on the ends of the harness? I only have 1 plug-in out of the 4 plugs on the harness that has 2 of the pens that are burned.The harness is very costly. Would like to know if I can get out of buying the whole glow plug relay wire harness. It seems that there would be a way to fix this problem with having to change the whole harness. I heard it cost anyware from $400.00 to $600.00 bucks.
