I was quoted only $1,000 more to get an F350 versus the F250 with everything else remaining the same. Glad I didn't do it. The F250's GVWR of 10,000# keeps it eligible for the 55% personal property tax relief whereas the F350 gets no tax relief. The F350 would've made my personal property tax bill next year total about $3,500! As it is, I'm still looking at about a $1,700 tax bill ... plus taxes on our other vehicles.
