That is one beast of a bumper! I don't tow much, but my 4" BDS spring lift has been perfect for the 35's I am running on 18". It has been a solid suspension that has given the Ex fairly good handling overall.

Good luck with what you decide on.

Do you feel the dual stabilizers are worth the extra?

honestly, who really knows, my old single one was so worn out, that the dual was a huge change. I just do not have a good base to give a comparison by...

Nelms, I run 35.28" tall Nitto Duras on '04 SD 18"s on my EX with the modded X/B codes for a 4"-ish lift with a stock single stabilizer, works fine and only has the slightest tire to spring rub at full steering lock. I do fair amount of towing too, travel trailer is 12,000 lbs with a tongue weight of 1450 lbs. With 6 adults onboard the towing rear axle weight runs about 6500 lbs.
35"s fit well with the 3 7/8" front and 4.5"+ rear lift.

And loaded up described above.

ProComp Springs, 35" on 18x9's. Just under 7' so it fits in the garage. Hope to have 4.10 gears soon b/c towing w/ 3.73 and 35's isn't ideal.

Before & After

Nothing extreme here, V codes and mod'd B codes with stock size tires (265/75/16). Soon to be running 33's on 18" wheels.
