Thanks to everyone on this site.

I wanted to thank everyone on this site. Tonight at the Mcdonalds drive up window my 03 f-350 7.3 died all of a sudden and for no apparent reason.A couple guys helped me push it into a parking space.Having spent a lot of time reading here in the past I had already purchased a CPS from ebay and had the tools required to fix it. It only took a few minutes to fix and we were back on the road. The installation was pretty quick and easy since I had spent the reading about it. Thanks again to everyone that contributes here. By the way if anyone is interested my truck is stock with 46xxx miles.I will be replacing my spare CPS very soon.

Welcome to FTE. That is what this is all about. I have saved some serious $$$ by coming to the forum and asking questions.

cmpd1781, those quotes are great. I've been on the receiving end of a couple and sent a few myself. There ought to be a repository of those somewhere for lighthearted reading. There have really been some good ones.

Favorite Quote:

Thanks. All in good fun. Nothing at all against Bdox and Clux, and they've expressed pride that they've been "immortalized" in my signature. It's been pretty lame around the "politico" threads, though.........Waiting for another barb so I can put up new ones.

Don't thank us, or even FTE.

Ok, here ya go, It's not thanks to everyone here, or even FTE. It's thanks to the internet for making all of this possible. No wait, thanks must be given to Al Gore. We all know he invented the internet. What a guy, from Tn no less. And now we are all going to melt away because of the "Inconvenient Truth".

Did you notice how he flies in gliders to his appearances and rides in an electric hybrid superefficient compact car everywhere he goes? Yeah, I didn't notice that either. What a jerk.

Folks like this bring us ULSD.

With my background I should know better than posting something like this to the world, but he really irritates me.
