Chapter Buy/Sell/Trade Ads: Each chapter will have one (1) thread for chapter members to list items wanted, for sale or for trade. The rules for posting in this thread are as follows:
  • Only Ford truck related items and automotive tools & equipment can be listed.
  • Only one picture is allowed per post, per item. If additonal pictures are necessary, place a link in your post to those pictures. Additional posted pictures will be removed without warning.
  • You must have your private messaging (PM) turned on and be able to receive PM's to post an ad in the Chapter thread. If you do not, your post will be removed.
  • Use the PM or email system to conduct all discussion and transactions regarding the item(s). You can post your interest in the item(s) and that you’ll contact the seller but no discussions. Keep it short.
  • If you post an ad, please reply that you found, sold or otherwise disposed of the item.
  • The buy/sell/trade thread will be purged periodically for old postings. Generally every 30 to 60 days.
  • You need to be an active Chapter Member on FTE to post a wanted, for sale or for trade item(s). No Exceptions.

  • If you are new to FTE (less than 15 days) or have less than 25 posts, you must contact the Chapter Leader for permission before posting an ad.
  • Your ad or reply to any ad is subject to editing or deletion at discretion of the Chapter Leader, Moderators or Administrators of FTE.
  • Commercial advertisements are strictly prohibited.

79 F150 4x4 wheels

I'm looking for a complete set (4) inexpensive wheels (tires would be nice too) for Ka'Bluey. In our move back to Southern Missouri, we may rent a trailer and pull it behind the Uhaul. The truck (Ka'Bluey) would fit on the trailer better, and not sit as tall, on stock sized tires and wheels.
So I'm looking for 5x5.5" wheels. Tires too, as long as they hold air, they'll be fine.
If you have any, let me know. I'm not wanting to spend a fortune on these since they'll be coming right back off, and get rid of them.

I may have a set hiding in the weeds at Dads house of either stock spares, or old ugly steel wheels with 235/75/15s. I know I use to have 4 but it's been so long since I've seen them I don't really remember. If I do I'd let them go real cheap cause obviously I don't need them if I can't remember if I still have them

That would be sweet. Check when you can. I'm looking. As long as they bolt on and hold air, it'll be fine.

ISO/WTB: Choke Pull-Off rod for a D7TE-CTA 2bbl carb. I'm REALLY trying to avoid buying a new carburetor...It's parts reference 17 in the second picture.

Hey Earl, I have a junk carb in the shed and here's what I have for part #17 Choke Pull Down Rod.
In the diagram that rod has a bend to it. Mine is a straight shaft. My junk carb is either a #2100 or #2150.

ISO
Passenger Fender - 87-91
Hood 87-91
Passenger Door 87-96(ish)

Prefer good rubber, manual locks, electric can work though. Surface rust ok, but nothing to deep, dent free.

Got one from a 86 Bronco. Motor is pulled so it would be an easy pull located in Durham if you're interested. $125 without t-case or adapter. $250 with t-case and adapter. I will guarantee it for sure. Odometer is still on the first 100K somewhere, like 85k? I bought it just for the body which is perfect. Delivery available within 200 miles.

Let me know,
Thanks!
Jeremy

What T case is that? 208?

I am definitely interested in the Transmission and Tcase. Think you could get it pulled and maybe meet Saturday?

I will try. Would like to post pics first if I can find daylight. My mom is in town tonight but I will try this week and we can probably make this happen. Where are you located at? Would you be coming to Durham?

I am located on the coast near Emerald isle, probably 3 hours depending where you are in Durham. I am fine with driving to you or meeting you somewhere.

I'll send you a PM with my contact info. I work in Raleigh near the fairgrounds M-F 8-5 give or take. That's 26 miles in the right direction. But on weekends I'm in Durham near Falls Lake.

I will hopefully get some pics by in the morning. (Texting myself now).

Or then again, I am willing to drive for gas money as well if that helps.
