Will the 95 and up F250/350 wheel covers fit on a 93 F250 HD with the long hubs in the back?

 

by long hubs you must mean full floating axle (as opposed to a semi floating axle,which is flat or even with the face of the brake drum)
as long as it is off of a 350 your o.k.
my 250 has a semi float so you will have to check..
your 250 HD (heavy duty) is like the 350's so.....
