Why are you looking for a flex plate? Is your starter ring gear gone?
My ringgear on my 91' had a couple of bad spots in it and the starter sometimes would spin thru; instead of buying a whole flex plate, I used the old plate ground off the old gear ring and re-welded a new starter gear ring I got from Ford for about $100 onto the old plate. I had the same trouble with finding a flex plate as the local autoparts stores don't carry them. The only place locally for these was the ford dealer.
Best of luck,

I used a flex plate from a 92 7.3L with an E4OD to bolt up to an 88 7.3L for my C6. The reason I had to was the C6 was mated to a 87 6.9L and the flywheel was different and after some research found out they are weighted different. Everything mates up nicely except my C6 has a drain plug mounted on the face of the torque while the E4OD is on the circumference. So, mark and drill a hole before buttoning her up. I have put several thousands of miles on this with some good loads and flawless is all I can say.
