Hypertech question

Got a friend that has a hypertech programmer...was used on another vehicle...is there any way to erase the flash on this unit and set it to "zero" as far as the vin goes?

Only your friends vehicle or hypertech can do that. If your friend returns the vehicle to stock it will unlock the tuner so it can be used on another vehicle. Hypertech very rarely clears them.
