Today, Dave (80351) of the MD Chapter suffered an major oil leak and the bronco was not driveable from the mod part. I had drove him home which was 2 hours away from the mod party and got stuck in traffic on the way. Then I had dropped him off and took myself home with an 1 hr drive from his house. I could not leave him stranded there

I would like to thank George Ruff (glruff) and Junior Hardy (Jr32560) for their assistance in the repair of my Bronco's starting system. As most of you know, while I was in Florida from May 7th to June 18th my Bronco was stolen by my roommates and was badly damaged. I had returned to Maryland running very poorly. It seems that they found out I was moving out and they were trying to keep me there as I was the only source of income at the time, so in which they had reversed the terminals on the fender mounted starter solenoid to prevent me from leaving by causing it to short out but I had use a screwdriver to restart the Bronco where I found more problems at the time.
The starting issue has been fix but now I have an exhaust manifold gasket blown out on the driver side and an check enging lamp on that I will check tomorrow.

George had provided me an Wiring Diagram to pin point the source of the problem.

Jr had provided me an Picture of the starter solinod as the old and new solenoid did not have an identity on the terminals.

Rep points for the both of you.
