I have a 1989 F150. The drivers side power window motor works but the window needs help going up or down. I read somewhere on here about gromets for this.

Where would I get these gromets?

 

Do a search on power windows on this site, there are tons of information on this. I have re-done many of them myself. There is a nylon drive gear on the motor drive that the hub strips out on. I used 3/8" long pieces of 3/8" diameter teflon rod in mine and put it back together, works just fine. You will see many other fixes too.
