Right rear wheel will not rotate

Right rear wheel will not rotate
Loaded the truck this morning to go dump the Christmas recyclables, aka GoodWill run. Started the truck, released the parking brake and went to pull forward. Truck does not want to move, tried it in reverse, still nothing. After a little help from the the wife, I figured out the right rear wheel is NOT rotating, I can get the left to spin, and still nothing from the right.
Any assistance would be appreciated. I am contemplating taking the wheel off, but I would need to go get a Haynes manual. Not sure if I could fake my way through it.
Thank
Jim

This thing is killing me
The temp is 55.
I figured I would try to remove the brake drum and see what's going on, or not. I went and bought the Haynes manual and a brake tool (little lever looking thing). I cannot even get the drum to come off. I followed the instructions in the manual and the damn thing won't budge.
If I can get the truck to move its going to the shop, but until I get this sorted out its going nowhere.

Problem Fixed
I messed with the star thingy, tried to relieve all the tension on the pads. Even after bottoming it out, the drum still wouldn't budge. I finally took a couple large flat tip screw drives and pried the damn thing off. Once I could see into the drum there were a couple parts that had apparently busted, so I finished the prying method. Looks like there are a couple busted springs and other assorted metal parts. Not sure what caused it, maybe just age. The only other thing I can figure is I got hit on the right rear side over a year ago; resulting in some minor body work. Not sure if the two are related.
Anyway, truck headed to the dealership on Friday to get fixed correctly. I would like to tackle it, but brakes are important to be done right and I just don't have the time. If I wasn't so conscientious I would just keep driving it with no right rear brake guts.
Thanks for the help, I should spend more time on the list, as I learn something new everytime I visit.
