Will this work????

Hey there guys,
I was wondering how compatable the drive train/suspension would be between a '93 F250 4x4 and a '96 2wd. I've been thinking about this for a while, but finally found a donor truck that might work out. The '96 is a great truck, but I'd like to do a conversion to 4x4. I realise that this isn't an afternoon project either, but is it worth trying?
The engine/tranny are the same. Just so you know.

ity would much easier and cheaper to put the 96 2 wheel drive parts on the 93 4 wheel frame
