Well ya'll, new injectors are great, but doesn't solve the problem. Runs smoother, sounds better, but still cuts out. sorry =\

Mine used to do this. I just never let it get below 1/4 tank. I drove like this for a long time. However, things got worse, including not starting...fuel pump acting a fool etc. It turned out to be my ECM, which was killed by a bad ground. I replaced it, fixed teh ground and now I no longer have any of the old problems.

Would the ECM throw a code?

i own an inline 6 300 and just replaced the fuel pump relays because they were corroded. The engine was struggling just at idle, but is fine now.
