If you have the small drivers side glove box you can reach the back of the radio thru there. It is tight but doable. Feel for the antena wire. The port is next to that. I too used the power port wires for power. You'll need a male RCA to male 1/8" jack cord too.

As a matter of fact.. when I received my PIE unit, it came with a set of detailed instructions on how to remove the dash and to install the PIE unit specific to my 2006 F250.

I installed one in my '06 to use with a Sirius radio and it was very easy. Here is a link that has a pretty good write up of how to install it:

I Like Pictures. Heck the scariest part is the dash removal.
