Fuel pump problems 1986 Ranger

Hello, I own a 1986 Ford Ranger, with a 2.9L V6, manual trans, and 160,000 miles. Heres the problem. When I turn the key on the pumps do not come on to pressurize. I have no power at the pumps. I have power at one wire on the relay (yellow one). I can jump the pumps by sticking a wire between the yellow and fuel pump and they turn on. I tried to bypass the enertia switch also and no luck. I have ground and power at the relay (the two other wires). I checked all fuses and are all good. I have spark. I USED to jump the pumps by sticking a tester light in the outlet of the TPS and they would jump on, but now it does not happen anymore. I replaced both eec and fuel pump relays. The eec relay does click and the fuel pump relay does not. I have checked all the wires from the fuel pump relay and they are all good. Two days ago it was running fine. The first time I fixed I was working by the coil, and the key happened to be on and they jumped on and worked for a couple of months but quit. I have no power coming out of the eec to the fuel pump relay. I have stuck wires in the back of the eec to the fuel pump relay and it still has not clicked. What is wrong? Any comments or question?

Ever stop to consider that maybe the people who might know how to answer your question havent had a chance to do so quite yet? You cant come on here and expect everyone to drop everything cause poor old you has a problem with their truck, learn to have some patience and maybe you'll find what you need. Your smartass remarks could very well have ruined your chances at getting an answer at all.
