Are you making other modifications, or is it origional? 6 volt systems work fine when everything is in excellent condition, but for ease of replacement parts, perhaps a bit better starting, seems like a 12v conversion is reasonable (if you have the $ to change it)
I am new here, but I just bought a 71 F250 2wd that I am going to slowly start fixing up. I used to have a sweet 73 when I was in highschool, but I stupidly got rid of it when I blew the engine. ScottMoore from springfield, we have to get together sometime becasue we have the same name!
