Does anyone know when the last day to place an order for an 07 is?

If the date is after May 10 or so, does anyone know where I can find the order guide for the 08's and when the orders will begin being accepted for those?

Also, how long does it take to recieve the truck after the order is placed? Is it common practice to start paying for the truck at the time of the order or do you begin paying when you receive the truck?

Mine took 8 weeks from order to delivery.

You start paying when it's delivered.
