Vacuum Advance Mechanism

I wanted to replace the Loadmatic distributor in my 1956 F100, so I rebuilt a 1960 unit (COAF12127.) Unfortunately, I found that the vacuum advance diaphragm on this rebuilt distributor is shot. Any thoughts on where to get a new vacuum advance mechanism? Do these mechanisms interchange with other Ford distributors, e.g. from FE engines?

Thanks for the help.

The standard ignition part# would be VC31. Any parts store should be able to get you one.
