the factory rims are only 7.5" wide and BFG recommends a wider width for the new 305s

I read the same on tirerack.com . I asked about thread wear and what not and they assured me the stock wheel was fine. People are running 35x12.5's on the stock wheels.....

I'll post some pics this week.

Even though I chose to go with the wider rims Discount Tire told me the same thing, that there would be no problem with mounting them on factory 7.5" rims.
