Clunk at start-off?

Saw that quote on another thread. I have a clunk at startup. Which threads do I lube and with what green stuff?

The drive shaft has a splined slip yoke at the differential end. Remove the drive shaft and lube that spline with BLUE (not green) teflon grease from FoMoCo. Expensive stuff, $20 a can if memory serves me, but it really holds up.
